Ski Bundalong offers a large double storey home with 4 bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 10 in the bedrooms. The property offers water views from upstairs and has a large fully fenced backyard. Enjoy the lifestyle whilst staying in beautiful Bundalong. Sit back and relax at night after an enjoyable day on the water. Walk or drive to the main boat ramp, as it is a short stroll.

We have only just purchased this property, hence the majority of furniture and equipment was new as at settlement in mid March 2013. Ask about our long stay discounts for stays over 7 days.

We are happy to provide linen at no additional cost, if your stay exceeds 5 days or we can supply at a small additional cost for stays less than 5 days.

This property is not on the water, it is a genuine 100 metre walk to the water, ie. the water is 3 house sites away. There is a grassed area and park bench near the water, where you can meet up with those on the boat or just enjoy the water.

Upstairs at Ski Bundalong, the property offers a spa bath in the main bedroom's ensuite. There is a split system air conditioner/heater, with the split being ducted into the bedrooms and retreat area, allowing you a cool night's sleep. The first 3 bedrooms offer queen size beds, with the fourth having two sets of full size bunks with inner spring mattresses, ensuring a good nights sleep for both children and adults alike. The upstairs lounge/retreat area, provides two 3 seater couches. There is also a television and the second bathroom is located central to the bedrooms and lounge area. There is a small balcony to relax on and take in the waterviews. Two of the bedrooms and the upstairs loungeroom, all provide waterviews.

Extra bedding can be provided for 4 people, allowing the property to sleep 14 if required.

Downstairs you will find a huge family room with an extendable table that can seat 14 if required. The kitchen offers a large gas stove and quality appliances. The rumpus room offers a quality, slate based, 8 foot billiard table and flows through to the large lounge. In the lounge you will find a leather 3 seater chaise with a 2 seater couch and singe chair. There are hardwood polished floorboards throughout the lower level. The third toilet is located downstairs.

The kitchen offers a microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, mixer, rice cooker and large gas stove. Everything is provided to allow you the comfort of being in a home not a rental property. There is a hair straightener, hair dryer, iron and washing machine.

The single garage offers drive through facilities into the backyard. This will fit a small car or trailer, allowing back yard access and secure storage of your equipment during your stay. The garage will not fit larger boats or cars.

The property is connected to mains water.

The outdoor area is currently being constructed. It will have a large table, chairs and BBQ where you can enjoy a drink or too, whilst the kids watch TV or play in the rumpus room, before falling asleep. We envisage the outdoor areas will be completed by the end of Winter 2013.

Central to everything that Bundalong has to offer, Bundalong Tavern, General Store, playground, boatramp and public toilets are all within an easy 1 km walk of the property.

Outdoor pets are welcome by prior arrangement.

Camping permitted in rear yard with prior permission of the owners.

The house is currently lacking a garden, by November 2013 we envisage the garden will be flourishing, the home will be freshly painted and will offer executive accommodation.
